ZOLLERN Mechanical Engineering Components include:

  • Hardened shafts for linear guides
  • Piston rods

  • Portal axles ZPF 8020 with carriages ZLW 52 and ZLWU 52
  • Inductive hardening on sub-contract basis

With dimensions ranging from 4 mm to 125 mm and lengths of up to 8000 mm. ZOLLERN is able to comply to the measurement range up to 250 mm with lengths of appr. 6000 mm. We supply manufactured lengths, fixed lengths and in accordance with customer drawings to the tightest tolerances. Surfaces can be ground, hardened, finished and/or hard chrome coated.

Material qualities in line with customer requirements, i.e. according to your specifications when ordering. Alloyed and non-alloyed steels can be used.

The structure of our manufacturing department permits ZOLLERN to offer the customer the material, processing and machining from a single source. The broad spectrum of the services that ZOLLERN offers ranges from procurement of the bright steel to surface finishing.
