Drive options
Hydraulic motors, either fixed or adjustable, are the most usual option and are flange mounted. Electric motor drive solutions are also available on request.

Multi-disc brakes
A spring-actuated multi-disc type brake is installed as standard with the hydraulic motor drive. The braking torque is adjusted to correspond to the motor torque.

Sealing (compact gearbox)
Sliding-face seals are used between the fixed and rotating parts of the compact gearboxes. They reliably protect the gearboxes from any ingress of moisture or dirt.

Sealing (shaft-mounted gearbox)
The seal here is a radial shaft seal with protective labyrinth seal. Here again, the gearbox is reliably protected from external contamination.
