We do not pass on your data to third parties. If you have applied for a position within the Zollern Group, we will pass on your data to the company posting the job within the Zollern Group in order to carry out the application procedure.

As part of our recruiting measures, you have the option of contacting us via WhatsApp Business. WhatsApp is part of and works with the Meta (Facebook) company. 3.5 Supplier portal

You can register online as a new supplier at Zollern on our supplier portal. You can apply as a supplier for our range of requirements by filling out the online form. Your application will automatically be forwarded to the responsible party in the purchasing department. We use the form to collect your company data and contact person data. The title, surname, first name, telephone number and email address as well as a login name are required for the registration.

As a registered supplier, you have the possibility, to maintain your supplier data (e.g. address, contact person) and documents (e.g. certificates), as well as to process enquiries from Zollern and to send quotations to Zollern.

The data will not be passed on to third parties. The supplier platform that we use is an online offer from our service provider, which processes your data on our behalf in accordance with the law and in a manner bound by contract.


3.6 ZOLLERN Drive Guard Online Portal

The ZOLLERN Drive Guard online portal is used to visualize the status and sensor data of the information recorded by the ZOLLERN Drive Guard. The ZOLLERN Drive Guard is a condition monitoring system that uses sensors to record and process a wide range of status data.

By connecting a ZOLLERN Drive Guard system, our customers have the option of monitoring their system and calling up status data, such as the oil temperature or the calculated remaining service life of a wide variety of components.

The data will not be shared with third parties. The online portal that we use is an online offer from our service provider, which processes your data on our behalf in accordance with the law and in accordance with a contract.
 

3.7 Style guide

As a service provider for our external presence, you have the opportunity to obtain access to our style guide via our marketing department. Here you will find all information about the corporate identity of Zollern.

 

3.8 yourZOLLERN - Online shop

As a ZOLLERN customer, you have the option of being activated for our yourZOLLERN online shop. You will receive a registration link on request, which you can use to register there using your contact details. You will receive a customer administration access. This enables you to create additional users.

We process your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. You can unsubscribe from our online shop at any time.

 

4. Processing of business partner data

Zollern concludes various contracts (e.g. contracts with suppliers, system partners, service companies, repair processing) in order to fulfil their economic purpose. The collection of data and its processing serves to establish, implement and terminate the contractual relationship. The primary legal basis for this is art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. Where necessary, we also process your data on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR in order to protect the legitimate interests of Zollern or third parties (e.g. authorities). This applies in particular within the group for purposes of group management, internal communication and other administrative purposes. In addition, the processing of personal data may be based on your consent.

 

4.1 Which data categories does Zollern use?

The processed categories of personal data include in particular your contact data (name of the company, address, surname and last name of a contact person, (mobile) telephone number, email address of the responsible contact person), as well as, depending on the purpose, your bank details and, if applicable, your VAT ID number.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that within the scope of the respective contractual relationship you must provide personal and company-related data which is necessary for the establishment, performance and termination of the contractual relationship or service promise and their respective fulfilment or which we are legally obliged to collect.

 

4.2 How long will your data be stored?

We will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes or you have exercised your right of objection. After termination of the contractual relationship, your personal data will be stored as long as we are legally obliged to do so. This regularly results from legal obligations to provide evidence and to retain records, which are regulated in the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code. The storage periods are then up to ten years. In addition, personal information may be retained for the period during which claims may be made against us (statutory limitation period of three or up to thirty years).

 

5. Video surveillance of the factory premises

ZOLLERN maintains facilities for video surveillance on the factory premises of Group-affiliated companies. This is necessary to achieve the following purposes: - Exercise of domiciliary rights; - Property and responsibility protection; - Prevention, containment and clarification of behavior relevant to criminal law. The legal basis for data protection is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest of ZOLLERN manifests itself in the exercise of domiciliary rights as well as the prevention and investigation of criminal acts. Image sequences are only recorded in the event of movement in the monitored area. If there is a specific reason for doing so, these image sequences are stored for the duration of the procedure, otherwise for a period of 14 days. Those affected are made aware of the monitored areas via the adjacent sign.

6. Your rights

Of course, you retain control over all personal data that you provide to us when visiting the website and using our services. You are entitled to the following rights, the claiming of which is free of charge for you.
 

6.1 Right to information

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time.
 

6.2 Right to revoke consents given

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned without delay, unless further processing can be supported by a legal basis for processing. 7. Duration of storage

The criterion for the duration of storing personal data is the respective legal retention period. After this period has expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer needed to achieve the required purposes.
